Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Greeley Bears Summer Skates

Payment is expected in full at time of registration. Refund of payment (minus any processing fees) will be granted if registration is cancelled in writing via email to treasurer@greeleyyouthhockey.org at least 24 hours prior to the session start. NO REFUND will be issued for no shows or missed sessions.

Greeley Youth Hockey Season

A full refund will be issued if, during Player Evaluations or tryouts, the coaching staff determines that the player does not yet posess the ability to safely compete. A prorated refund of registration fees (minus uniform expense) will be granted if player withdraws prior to the first scheduled game of the preseason/tiering season/fall season. NO refunds will be available after this date other than for injury or illness. A prorated refund or stop payment may be granted if a player is required to move away from the Greeley area mid-season. The Board of Directors must be notified in writing prior to the move for any possible refund to be considered. PLEASE NOTE: If a player is withdrawn and eligible for a refund, the amount refunded will be less the online processing fee.
